The Cyber City rooftop pools
The cluster of international 5-star business hotels between Cyber Hub and NH-48 have the best pools in the city, full stop. Rooftops on the 20th floor or higher, temperature-controlled year-round, cabanas that don’t cost extra before 6pm, and pool bars that actually serve food past 10pm. The Golf Course Road four-stars

This is where I’d send anyone here for a week of work who wants to swim seriously — the lap lanes are actually usable and the pools aren’t shared with a nightclub crowd. Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension

I’d book this strip if your meetings are on Golf Course Extension itself, if you value a quieter pool, and if you’re happy to Uber for dinner. The Aerocity alternative (technically Delhi)
Aerocity sits 20 minutes from Cyber City on a good run and 5 minutes from IGI Terminal 3, and its pools are the best in the wider NCR. If your Gurugram meetings are one day out of three and you’re flying in and out, base yourself here instead. Rates match Cyber City (₹17116 to ₹24723) but the airport proximity saves you an average of 90 minutes across a 3-night stay. Several properties have 25-metre pools with temperature control and cabanas that convert to co-working pods during the day.
The trade-off is real: crossing from Aerocity to Golf Course Road at 9am in December fog can take 75 minutes, and the toll on the Dwarka Expressway adds up. Only book Aerocity if your meeting schedule is airport-heavy or spread across both cities. For a pure Gurugram trip, it's a false economy.
Serviced apartments with pools (the value play)
Sushant Lok Phase 1, Sector 29 and DLF Phase 2 have serviced-apartment operators running 1BHK and 2BHK units in towers with shared pools and gyms. Skip these for stays under 3 nights: the check-in processes are slower than hotels, breakfast isn’t included, and you’ll spend the first afternoon buying groceries. Also skip anything that describes its pool as a 'plunge pool' — those are 3 metres by 3 metres and useless. Confirm the pool length in metres before booking, and ask whether it's heated in December and January when Gurugram nights drop to 6°C.
What to skip
Old Gurugram and the Sadar Bazaar area have a handful of budget hotels advertising pools — these are almost always tiny rooftop tanks that aren’t cleaned to any standard I’d swim in. The MG Road strip between IFFCO Chowk and Sikanderpur has a few older 3-stars with pools that were built in 2005 and haven’t been renovated since.
